Product type:

(1) According to the installation situation of the ladder pedals, they are divided into welded fixed step plates and bolted fixed ladder pedals. The welded fixed ladder step is a general steel grating, and the bolted fixed ladder step requires adding 65X5mm flat steel as a side plate to the steel grating.

(2) According to the presence of anti slip strips, ladder pedals can be divided into two types: those with front guard plates (patterned plates or strip steel) and those without front guard plates. For safety reasons, it is recommended that customers use ladder pedals with front guard plates.

Quality requirements:

(1) Tolerance requirements for ladder pedals: The total length difference range of the step board is [0- (-3) mm], and the width tolerance range of the step board is [(-3mm) -3mm].

(2) Welding requirements for ladder pedals: The welding seam between the front guard plate and the wrapped edge and each loaded flat steel shall be a fillet weld of no less than 3mm
